Powered by compressed air, the TCP launcher has no-recoil and is easy to load and operate. A safety switch ensures that the TCP will not fire until you are ready to shoot.

Use the TCP with original round projectiles or long-range VXR projectiles which can achieve distances of up to 150 feet depending on environmental conditions, (projectiles and CO₂ sold separately). The projectile does not have to hit attackers to be effective.

- A projectile broke or there is debris in the barrel of my TCP. How do I clear it?
  
  If there is foreign debris or a broken projectile in the TCP breach, the breach will need to be cleaned.
  
  Ensure the TCP is in “Safe Mode” and remove barrel as outlined on page 8 of the TCP User Manual.
  
  Then, using a dry cloth, wipe any debris out of the breach area.
- Can an empty Co2 cartridge be removed from the TCP magazine and used again?
  
  Once a cartridge is pierced and removed, it can no longer be used.
- Approximately how many shots can you expect from a fresh Co2 cartridge?
  
  Depending on temperature and firing pace, you can expect to get 12-15 shots per cartridge.
- When I pull the trigger, nothing happens. How do I correct that?
  
  Pointed in a safe direction, first make sure the safety is off. Did it fire?
  - If yes, proceed.
  - If no, check the following: Turn the safety on, remove the magazine and replace the CO2 cartridge. Repeat the firing procedure.
  If the launcher makes a loud pop but no projectile is fired, make sure the projectiles are properly loaded in the magazine. If problem persists, contact Customer Service at service@pepperball.com.
- My TCP Launcher’s velocity is inconsistent. How do I correct that?
  
  Make sure the TCP bolt and regulator are properly lubricated.
  
  Check to see if the velocity is set too high.
- The barrel of my TCP is hard to install. How do I correct that?
  
  Make sure the barrel is free and clean of debris.
  
  Refer to page 11 of your TCP manual and follow the steps exactly. If problem persists, contact Customer Service at service@pepperball.com
- My TCP is leaking down the barrel. How do I fix it?
  
  Make sure the bolt is properly lubricated
- My TCP is leaking around the grip frame How do I correct that?
  
  Make sure your regulator is properly lubricated.
- My TCP is leaking from the magazine. How do I correct that?
  
  Is the cartridge properly punctured?
  
  If no: Check to make sure the flip knob screw is turned to the sealing point.
  
  If yes, check to make sure the puncture pin is not damaged.
  
  If problem persists, contact Customer Service at service@pepperball.com
- My TCP is breaking projectiles. How do I correct that?
  
  Check to make sure the barrel is clear and clean of debris.
  
  Check to make sure the velocity is not set too high.
  
  Make sure the correct projectiles are being used (PepperBall Projectiles.)

- How far can the TCP deploy a projectile?
  
  The TCP can reach up to 150 feet away when using a VXR projectile.
- Does the projectile have to hit an attacker to be effective?
  
  The PepperBall projectile creates a cloud that is effective 12-15 feet in diameter. You do not have to hit a threat for the PepperBall PAVA cloud to be effective.
